PINKNEYS is a bright, cosy, end of terrace cottage 60 yards from the sea sleeping 5. Entry via the side of the house into a large double sitting room with two woodburning stoves, TV with satelite / internet access. Small bright kitchen with 4x ring electric hob, two ovens, small dishwasher, fridge with ice compartment. The kitchen leads to small bathroom, with bath, shower-mixer and basin. There is a separate lavatory with basin. The sunny dining room has a table, chairs, and a cupboard, a side window and French windows which open onto a small walled patio. Stairs with custom-made stairgates lead from the sitting room up to the front-facing double bedroom with metal double bed, wood-burning stove, chest of drawers and hanging cupboard. Back bedroom with a single bed, wood-burning stove, cupboard and window facing the sea. From this bedroom you go through a door up some stairs to a low-ceilinged top attic bedroom under the sloping eaves of the roof. t. 07973 113369

Here at Newlands of Southwold we offer excellently placed accommodation which gives the visitor the chance to explore the area. With just a 15 minute walk into the centre of Southwold, Minsere Bird Sanctuary just 10 mins down the road by car, plus all the local beauty spots, Newlands is ideally placed. Visit the Adnams Brewery which is situated in the town or climb the local lighthouse, or just sit on the beach and take in the stunning sights. We offer full disabled facilities, we also have an inside heated swimming pool(the only one in Southwold!) ample off road car parking, tea and coffee making equipment. A beautiful garden is there for your full enjoyment, maybe to read a book or just to listen to the birds sing. Over the years we have built up an impressive list of customers that just keep returning year after year. We are a bed and breakfast guesthouse.
